28-Year-Old Man Killed In Southeast Massachusetts Rollover Car Crash: Police

A 28-year-old man was killed in an overnight rollover crash on a major highway in Southeast Massachusetts this week, according to authorities.

William Gronblom died in the single-vehicle crash that happened on I-195 in Marion around 12:13 a.m. on Monday, April 3, Massachusetts State Police report.

Initial investigation suggested that a Toyota RAV4, driven by Gronblom, drifted from the side of the road and onto the grass as it approached the Route 105 overpass. The car then struck the median and a concrete support section of the overpass, police added. 

Gronblom was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford where he was pronounced dead, according to police. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
